Caesars Entertainment has agreed to a partnership with the Baltimore Ravens. This new deal features sportsbook branding throughout M&T Bank Stadium and helps expand an entertainment district with the Horshoe Baltimore casino. It is the third gaming partner for the Ravens after the franchise secured partnerships with BetMGM and DraftKings earlier this year.
The new five-year deal will feature naming rights at the club level of the stadium. It also includes sportsbook branding in select Ravens digital media content. The casino will hold various events at the stadium and be the title sponsor of Ravenstown Saturday Night. This event gives fans an ability to talk with former Ravens players and tour the locker room the evening before a home game.
Horseshoe Baltimore, operated by Caesars Entertainment, is the exclusive casino partner of the Baltimore Ravens. This location will also host a retail Caesars Sportsbook. The casino has already been a long-established partner with the franchise. Now some of the branding will include Caesars Sportsbook with new legislation in place.
Southern Gateway Entertainment District And Caesars Sportsbook
This partnership expects to fuel further development of the Southern Gateway Entertainment District. Warner Street, which is between the stadium and the casino, is part of the district. The casino’s ownership group purchased multiple buildings along this road in 2018. This location will feature a Topgolf facility, brewery, large music venue, and more.
“We are constantly exploring ways to create additional opportunities to engage with our fans and introduce our team to new audiences while supporting the city we call home,” Kevin Rochlitz, Chief Sales Officer for the Baltimore Ravens, said in a press release. “In collaboration with Caesars and Horseshoe Baltimore, we are not only continuing to develop unique fan activations but also transforming the city’s Southern Gateway into a diversified entertainment district unavailable to sports fans in other NFL markets.”
Caesars Sportsbook is expected to be one of the primary gaming companies to launch in Maryland when sports betting goes live. It has recently transitioned from William Hill branding to a more recognized name in the United States. The sportsbook currently runs a $5,000 risk-free bet for new users. They have received high marks on their market variety and mobile app on iOS and Android.
Other Sports Gaming Partnerships With The Baltimore Ravens
Caesars Sportsbooks marks the third sports gaming connection the Baltimore Ravens have. Back on August 18, DraftKings became an official daily fantasy sports partner of the franchise. Their branding will be throughout the stadium and also on some digital media, including a weekly podcast called “The Lounge.”
BetMGM was the first official partner announced back on May 20. Their branding will also be on select digital media content and found within the stadium.
